Dame Henri Besson : a woman's expertise

Dame Henri Besson, who was affectionately known as "Aunt Ninie", is a talented cook from Guadeloupe, who is known for preparing sauces made from Caribbean Habanero peppers for her family. One day, in order to make some money, she decided to sell her sauces: the Caribbean Hot Sauce and the Minced Habanero peppers in vinegar. Very quickly, the quality of her products earned her growing notoriety among consumers. With time, this success finally began to take up all of her energy and she decides to pass on her business to her nephew.
