Authenticity
Dame Besson® is a brand that is rich with over 50 years of history. Indeed, it was in 1970 that everything began when Dame Henri Besson, "Aunt Ninie", started preparing Minced Habanero peppers in vinegar and Caribbean hot sauce in her kitchen. Two products that are used to make food lovers’ dishes tastier to this day. Made using a subtle blend of the sun from our islands and our spicy flavours, Dame Besson® is a genuine and authentic brand that is proud of its Caribbean roots.

Tradition
All Dame Besson® recipes are from the family kitchen. They are prepared with the utmost respect for the traditions of Creole cuisine (most of our ingredients are prepared by hand). Carrying our know-how and our traditional recipes through the generations and constantly developing new products makes Dame Besson® a local brand that is dynamic and responsive to its consumers.

The Dame Besson® team use all their know-how to develop delicious Creole sauces and condiments for your enjoyment. Through a careful blend of traditional hand made techniques and new industrial technologies, we are able to perfectly master our family recipes. There is no point trying to imitate the unique taste that characterises them as it is our biggest secret and the loyalty of our customers is our greatest reward.

The rigorous selection and respect for the ingredients guarantees our consumers the excellent quality of our Dame Besson® sauces and condiments. We always try to prioritize local producers. Every step of the production process is the subject of regular rigorous controls as part of a continuous improvement process. We respect our consumers and are open about the ingredients to guarantee products without preservatives, colouring or artificial flavouring.
