Codfish fritters

Ingredients : 
- 250g of desalted codfish;
- 500g of flour;
- 2 eggs;
- salt;
- Caribbean hot sauce;
- parsley, thyme, garlic, spring onions,
- water or milk
Preparation : 
- Mix the flour and water to make a slightly runny dough.
- Remove the skin and bones from the cod and then flake it.
- Mix the cod with the dough.
- Add salt, crushed garlic, onions, a little Caribbean hot sauce (adjust to taste for more or less spiciness), parsley, and thyme.
- Mix until you get a smooth dough.
- Fry spoonfuls of the dough in hot oil.
- Drain and serve hot.
Serve with our sauces according to your tastes!
Suggestion: Original Créoline Sauce, traditional "Dog" Sauce 'creole sauce) or Caribbean sweet chili puree.
